This is hands down a kid favorite and a soon to be staple in your home.
Great for the kids but even better for a party or get-together.
Pizza is definitely a favorite food in my family. We can eat it literally one to two times in a week. But I didn’t want us to get burned out on it so I came up with a quick little recipe that but a slight twist on classic. In comes pizza bombs. It is not only absolutely delicious but it can be made as an appetizer or a main dish. I mean that sounds like a win-win to me! And we all could use some extra wins in our life.
This recipe uses simple pantry ingredients that you may even have on hand already and if not, they really are super inexpensive to purchase. The best part is that for the price you can make so many of them. They make a great addition to any party or event, like the Super Bowl or a kids birthday party.
You can use a homemade pizza dough or store bought pizza dough. A homemade pizza sauce or store bought pizza sauce. That’s just how easy this recipe really is. With a little bit of shredded mozzarella cheese and pepperoni slices, it will be done before you know it and filling your home with all the smells of a pizzeria.
This recipe can also be transformed into so many other types of pizza bombs. For example, you can make an all cheese pizza bomb, you can add lots of veggies to it or you can even add other types of meat (ham, sausage, bacon). The variations are truly endless. So don’t hesitate to give this pepperoni version a tryEnjoy my friends!
