Add flour, sugar, salt and avocado oil to a bowl.
Make a small hole in the center of the flour and add the yeast.
Now slowly add the warm water to the dry ingredients and use a stand mixer with a dough hook or a large spoon to combine the ingredients.
Knead the dough in the stand mixer about 5-6 minutes with a dough hook. If kneading by hand, sprinkle a little flour on your working surface and your hands and work/knead the dough for about 6-8 minutes. The dough should be slightly tacky and little sticky but still able to hold a round shape.
Drizzle a little avocado oil into a bowl, just enough to coat it.
Now the dough ball to the bowl and rotate the ball so that it is completely coated in oil.
Let dough rise in a warm place for 30- 60 minutes. The dough should double in size.
Voila! Dough is done and done. Ready to be used for all kinds of recipes like Easy Pizza bombs or traditional homemade pizza or homemade garlic bread.
